Charles Wickham is a former Managing Director of Bank of America from which he retired in 2017. During his 20 years in London with Bank of America and prior to that with Merrill Lynch, Charles was in a leadership role within the firm’s European investment grade and non-investment grade lending businesses. In particular, Charles spent a considerable amount of his time focused on structuring and underwriting M&A financings for the Bank’s clients. Prior to moving to London, Charles was in New York for 15 years.

Charles has retained ties to UNC having previously served as a Director on the Arts & Sciences Foundation Board and more recently the Honors Carolina Board. In the fall of 2020, Charles will be joining the board of The St Paul’s Cathedral Trust in America.
