Cristy Phillips is an assistant United States attorney in the Southern District of New York where she is the deputy chief of the Civil Frauds Unit. Prior to joining the U.S. Attorney’s Office, she practiced commercial litigation at Morgan Lewis & Bockius in Philadelphia and clerked for the Honorable Richard M. Berman, United States District Judge in the Southern District of New York. She graduated with highest honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a bachelor’s in international studies in 2001 and earned a JD from New York University in 2006.
