Jackson Phillips serves as a managing director at Atairos Management, L.P. Prior to joining Atairos, he was a principal and founding member of Avista Capital Holdings. Phillips began his career as an analyst in J.P. Morgan’s Technology, Media and Telecom Investment Banking Group. He has also served on the boards of Anthony International, Armored AutoGroup, OptiNose and Zest Anchors. Phillips holds a Masters of Business Administration, with honors, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Palmer Scholar. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration, with distinction, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a Morehead Scholar.
