Jan Rowe Capps served as president of Cone Health Foundation from 2007 until 2009. Prior to that, Capps was affiliated with Syngenta, Novartis and Ciba-Geigy for 26 years, where she served as vice president of Syngenta’s Human Resources for the North American organization and as member of the Global Human Resources team. She also held leadership positions with the North American business in finance, strategic planning and public relations. Capps has held various board roles with a local bank and with numerous non-profit organizations.
