Klaus Larres

Klaus Larres is the Richard M. Krasno Distinguished Professor of History and International Affairs at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. Larres specializes in comparative politics, and is an internationally acknowledged expert on the history and politics of international relations in the Cold War and post-Cold War Worlds.
