Interested in a program that will give you the competitive edge for your future career as a global professional? Want an affordable study abroad experience tailored to your academic interests and professional goals? The Russian Flagship Program Program, a federally funded initiative, provides UNC Chapel Hill students of all majors the unique opportunity to gain a professional level of Russian language proficiency as well as tangible work experience in their field of interest through coursework at UNC and an overseas Capstone year in Kazakhstan.
