Spencer Boyer, ‘The Future of Political Warfare: Russia, the West and the Age of Global Digital Competition’

Spencer P. Boyer is an adjunct professor in the BMW Center for German and European Studies at the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. He is also a senior fellow at the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement at the University of Pennsylvania and a nonresident senior fellow in the Center on the United States and Europe at the Brookings Institution. His areas of analysis include transatlantic security relations, the future of the European Union, populism, extremism, Turkey and Russian influence in Europe. In addition, Boyer is the founder and chief executive officer of North Atlantic Strategies, LLC, based in Washington, D.C. In this capacity, he advises clients on Brexit and other European developments directly impacting political, economic and security dynamics on both sides of the Atlantic.
