Ukraine << Rewind presents a curated selection of films by Ukrainian filmmakers about the war in Ukraine since 2014. In Donbass, war is called peace, propaganda is uttered as truth, and hatred is declared to be love. A journey through the region unfolds as a chain of curious adventures, where the grotesque and drama are as intertwined as life and death.
Free and open to the public. Presented by the UNC Center for Slavic, Eurasian and East European Studies and the UNC Center for European Studies.
