Urdu Majlis Literary Forum

The next monthly meeting of Urdu Majlis, the Triangle’s Urdu Literary Forum, will concentrate on the life and works of Nasir Kazmi (1925-1972), Urdu poet from Pakistan and one of the renowned poets of his era. Please arrive on time as a courtesy to others. Participants are invited to bring refreshments to share. This event is free and open to the public.
This event is co-sponsored by the Carolina Asia Center and the South Asia section of the UNC-Chapel Hill Department of Asian Studies. Urdu Majlis is an intellectual endeavor with no political or religious affiliations.
