Virtual: ‘La Oss Lage Mat! Let’s Cook Norwegian’

Learn how to bake Norwegian meatballs during this exciting event! The UNC Center for European Studies will host two cooks to walk attendees through how to make “Kjøttkaker,” traditional Norwegian meatballs. Bring yourself, your ingredients, and your stove! On April 13 at 12:00 p.m., this cooking workshop will showcase the original version and a vegetarian version.

Elisabeth & Victoria Bergquist are a fabulous cooking duo from Fredrikstad Norway. Elisabeth is a personal chef and Victoria is a web engineer with a passion for the kitchen. RSVP for this virtual cooking demonstration.
