Every year the Asian-American Students Association (AASA) hosts the Journey Into Asia (JIA), the largest cultural showcase on UNC-Chapel Hill’s campus that represents the diversity and culture of the Asian-American Pacific Islander (AAPI) community. JIA provides a platform and outlet for AAPI students to express their identities through diverse, cultural performances. Yoga in the Galleries

Take a break from your day and explore the world of yoga in the beautiful Ackland Art Museum. Each hour-long session offered by registered yoga teacher Joanne Marshall will let you practice a series of gentle yoga poses inspired by the art in the gallery. Beginners are welcome. Yoga mats are provided. Wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to stretch. Sessions are free for Ackland members and $5 per session for all others. Register online for the classes of your choice.
