Discussion with Stephanie Elizondo Griest

Stephanie Griest will share from her new book, a seven year collection of stories from Southern Texas on the impact of international borderlines. This area has transformed as the nation’s most common crossing ground for undocumented workers. Griest is an associate professor and the Margaret R. Shuping Fellow of Creative Nonfiction at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Reception and book signing to follow.
