Yoga in the Galleries provides an opportunity to practice a series of gentle yoga poses inspired by the art in the Ackland Art Museum gallery. The hour-long session is taught by registered yoga teacher Joanne Marshall. Beginners are welcome. Yoga mats are provided. Wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to stretch.
