Joel M. Mubiligi, ‘Health Equity Matters: How Can We Achieve It?’

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Department of Biology welcomes Joel M. Mubiligi, executive director of Inshuti Mu Buzima, the affiliate of the global health NGO Partners in Health in Rwanda, to give a public talk on the campus.
