War in Ukraine and Israel: Can Military Victory Be Achieved and What Does Victory Mean?

Join the Krasno Global Event Series for a conversation with General Philip M. Breedlove to discuss the military situation in the continuing wars in Ukraine, Israel and Gaza. The discussion will explore if victory is possible and what victory actually means in Ukraine and the Middle East.
Four-star General Philip Breedlove is NATO’s former Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR) and Commander of the U.S. European Command (USEUCOM). Previously General Breedlove was Commander of U.S. Air Forces Europe & U.S. Air Forces Africa. He also was the 36th Vice Chief of Staff of the U.S. Air Force.
Klaus Larres is presently a Global Europe & Kissinger China Institute Fellow at the Woodrow Wilson Center in Washington, D.C. and the Richard M. Krasno Distinguished Professor of History & International Affairs, UNC-Chapel Hill.
